Chris Hronek, Application Engineer with Wisconsin-based Tweet/Garot Mechanical, was named Â鶹Èë¿Ú’s 2024 Innovator of the Year.
The award, presented at the 2024 MEP Innovation Conference in Orlando, Florida, recognizes a pioneer from a Â鶹Èë¿Ú member contractor who champions innovation and continuous innovation at their company and within the industry.
Chris’s work at Tweet/Garot focused on digitizing workflows and streamlining processes throughout the company. His efforts have increased efficiency within the company, helping Tweet/Garot consistently deliver projects to customers on time and within budget. In addition to his innovative work, Chris is noted for his high level of collaboration, not just within Tweet/Garot but throughout the entirety of the MEP trades. Chris is also a member of SMART and is instrumental in building and maintaining a strong labor/management dynamic.
